At least three students were killed and six other people were injured when a gunman opened fire at a high school in Michigan, United States.
Among the injured is a teacher.

According to the Fox2Detroit television network, the high school has been locked down.
The county sheriff said a suspect has been arrested and a gun was seized. According to police authorities, there was one suspect.
A high school student who spoke to the television network said that the school regularly held drills to deal with such incidents and everyone knew what to do.
One parent, who was waiting outside the school in his car, said his son hid in a classroom when the shots were heard and was not injured.
