The Prime Minister of Albania has made an incredible revelation Eddie Rama. During his speech at an event in Bergamo, claimed that he and the Italian foreign minister, Luigi Di Maio agreed on smuggling Pfizer's coronavirus vaccines in Albania with the help of the intelligence services.
«What kind of Italian or Albanian are you if you always obey the law?»
According to the Italian media, Rama allegedly said, while Di Maio watched: «Today I am saying something that nobody knows. I am an Albanian-Italian, Di Maio is a Neapolitan Albanian, we smuggled together. What kind of Italian or Albanian are you if you always obey the law?;»
He added: «People were afraid that he would die like a fish out of water (...) I asked Luigi, can you give us doses at least for the doctors and nurses?; Pfizer had an imperialist, capitalist contract with governments: I give you the vaccines but you can't give them to anyone else.. Which is anything but Christian.».
«Luigi said he can't do it because it's too serious. But then we did it through an operation with our intelligence services: An incredible thing, the foreign minister of Italy and the prime minister of Albanian who smuggled goods to save people», he continued.
According to the Albanian Prime Minister: «We could not hide the vaccines, we had to administer them. Pfizer's lawyers then threatened to sue and wanted to know how we got them, but we said, simply, from a friendly country. We had learned from the Neapolitans that you should never abandon a friend in front of the police, so I never abandon a friend.».
Finally, addressing the Di Maio, who was watching, he said: «Now you will have the newspapers that will even call you a smuggler. Luigi, up to now you are a free man».
