Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis was at Chania Hospital yesterday after a bicycle accident.
According to information from zarpanews.gr, the accident occurred when the front wheel of the bicycle skidded, causing the Prime Minister to lose his balance and fall to the ground. He suffered abrasions from the fall, and as a precaution, it was deemed necessary for him to undergo an X-ray.
Mr. Mitsotakis appears to have injured his hand and sustained minor abrasions in some areas caused by friction during the fall.
Late in the afternoon, the Prime Minister visited Chania Hospital, where he was examined by doctors and underwent the necessary X-ray.
After the tests were completed and it was determined that there was no cause for concern, Kyriakos Mitsotakis left the hospital and resumed his schedule as usual.
