Around €2.5 billion to 5.6 million beneficiaries will be paid from today 26 to 30 July, according to the programming of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, e-EFKA and OAED.
Specifically:
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs will make the following payments during the period 26-30 July:
- Today, Monday 26 July, a payment of €248,163 will be made for 19 beneficiaries of the Culture (theatres). During the following week, payments will continue to be made to these beneficiaries in line with the pace of grant clearance.
-On Friday 30 July the following payments will be made:
α) Around €19 million will be paid to 45 041 beneficiaries as special purpose compensation for June in employees with the right to compulsory reinstatement in the sector tourism, following the submission of unilateral declarations of responsibility.
b) €10.9 million will be paid to 20,683 beneficiaries Artists, Tourist Escorts and Tour Guides
c) EUR 1.3 million will be paid to 5,023 workers included in the «SYN-TRADE» mechanism for the payment of financial support for short-term work related to the months of January 2021-May 2021.
The following payments will be made via e-EFKA during the period 26-30 July:
Regular payments
- Today, Monday, July 26, 509.1 million euros will be paid to 1,073,926 beneficiaries for the main and supplementary August pensions of pensioners from the former IKA-ETAM, Banks and OTE, whose AMKA expires in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9.
-On Tuesday 27 July, €509.4 million will be paid to 1,074,772 beneficiaries for the main and supplementary pensions August of pensioners from the former IKA-ETAM, Banks and OTE whose AMKA ends in 0, 2, 4, 6, 8.
-On Wednesday 28 July, 470 million euros will be paid to 855,034 beneficiaries for the main and supplementary August pensions of pensioners from the former OAEE, OGA and ETAA).
-On Thursday 29 July, 553.2 million euros will be paid to 912,825 beneficiaries for main and supplementary pensions of August pensioners of the State and the former NAT, ETAT, ETAP-MME and PPC.
-Throughout the week, €17 million will be paid to 610 beneficiaries following the issuance of one-off decisions.
-Finally, €15,500 will be paid to 35 beneficiaries for supplementary pension inheritance benefits
Payments of retroactive payments
-As already announced by the administration of e-EFKA, on Tuesday 27 July, retroactive payments will be made from the implementation of Law no. 4760/2020 (private sector pensioners who submitted a pension request after 13 May 2016).
-On Thursday 29 July, retroactive payments will be made from the adjustment of replacement rates of Law 4670/20 (public pensioners).
Details of the payments will be updated by e-EFKA.
Exceptional payments
-On Thursday 29 July, 11.5 million euros will be paid to 28,500 beneficiaries for pension advances for the month of August 2021, on the basis of Law No. 4778/2021
The following payments will be made by the OAED:
-€8 million to 21,000 beneficiaries for the payment of unemployment and other benefits
-€22 million to 8,500 beneficiaries under subsidised employment programmes
-5.5 million to 8,000 mothers for subsidised maternity leave.
-EUR 7 million for Public Benefit Programmes (payment of contributions to bodies)
Finally, the following payments will be made by OPEKA on Friday 30 July:
-€175 million to 755,000 beneficiaries for family allowances
-€72 million to 172,000 beneficiaries for disability allowances (disability and maintenance)
-€50.5 million to 230,244 beneficiaries for Minimum Guaranteed Income
-€29.8 million to 243,246 beneficiaries for housing benefit
-EUR 12 million to 12 144 beneficiaries for birth grants
-EUR 11.2 million to 34,916 beneficiaries for uninsured survivors' benefits
-EUR 23.5 million to 125,000 beneficiaries as a public contribution to loans under the GEFYRA programme (due to COVID-19)
-232,640 euros to 6,601 beneficiaries for expatriate-refugee allowance
-€296,382 to 920 beneficiaries for housing assistance allowance
-€90,000 to 200 beneficiaries for fostering allowance
-€129,103 to 129 beneficiaries for funeral expenses of uninsured persons
EUR -170,000 to 2,800 beneficiaries as a public contribution to loans (protection of the main house)
