Rhodes - case of abuse of an 8-year-old girl: It was all a fraud by the aunt

Shocking are the developments surrounding the case of abuse of the minor in Rhodes. According to reports, an arrest warrant is expected for the child's aunt, who confessed that she was the one who made the false complaint of rape of the minor.

Initially, the investigation did not reveal any signs of sexual or sexual intercourse (no penetration or other carnal intercourse for the purpose of arousal or sexual gratification).

The grandfather testified anonymously as a suspected defendant, while the mother on Saturday night in a new supplementary statement ruled out the possibility that her father may have committed a crime with her child as the victim.

What emerged in the course of the laboratory tests that began on Saturday morning is beyond human understanding. It should be noted that, at the written request of the coroner, an additional investigation was carried out by him, as well as a gynecological, microbiological and psychiatric examination of the child.

It is noted that the forensic examination of the other children of the 8-year-old girl's brothers, aged 10 and 12, found no evidence of indicative of abuse. Regarding the 8-year-old child, the coroner delivered a detailed report describing the findings in which the way they were caused is suspected.

From the new investigations of the coroner, the gynecologist and the microbiological test, which continues with culture, it was found beyond any doubt that the child had suffered an infection in his genitals (it is suspected that it is a severe urinary tract infection).

This infection caused redness and blood as it had not been detected in time by the mother and grandparents and had relapsed. When the child began to complain more intensely with pain and tingling, the mother, having impaired perception herself, chose to take a picture of the child's privates and send it to a relative (on the father's side) for her advice and to seek the opinion of a doctor.

This particular relative, who was broke, put in place, as reported, an incredible plan of arrest and execution to take money from the mother and then from the grandfather of the child.

More specifically, according to the information transmitted by the newspaper, this woman volunteered to «see» the child and with her finger allegedly caused his hymen to rupture!

She allegedly convinced the mother that her child had been abused, that she had informed the «Smile of the Child» and that a friend of hers worked there, who for 200 euros could «cover up» the case.

The child's mother had no money to give her because she had not been paid and her cousin allegedly told her that she borrowed it herself and paid her contact to «Smile of the Child» to prevent the complaint from proceeding.

Then he started, according to the same information, to ask for 500 euros in order not to reveal the role of the grandfather, presenting him as the person who sexually abused the child.

The same information says that the woman in question allegedly has problems with substances, while the possible involvement of a man in the whole case is also being examined.. The developments have been running since Sunday morning and the case file formed, after completion of the results of the laboratory tests, will be submitted for further examination to Prosecutor's Office of the Rhodes Plenary Court.

It will be recalled that the grandfather of the child who testified as a suspected defendant in the preliminary investigation was asked to answer a series of questions concerning child abuse and refused categorically any relationship, pointing out both himself and in statements made by his wife, his daughter and the other two children, that he has essentially taken over their upbringing and that he has been strict towards the 8-year-old girl.

The grandfather, in his anonymous testimony, speculated that the perpetrator could be his daughter's partner, even leaving hints about his own child. He claimed in particular that the whole affair could have been orchestrated by the couple in order to deprive them of custody of the children and give custody to their naval father.

As part of the preliminary investigation, have testified the 33-year-old mother of the 8-year-old child, the her companion, his grandmother and the mother's two other girls, aged 10 and 12, presence of a child psychologist.

The child psychologist has determined that the child is mentally retarded and places the child at the age of 3.5 years.

The two brothers were examined, in the presence of a child psychologist, reportedly expressed their sadness for the fact that they are not with their grandparents, pointed out that their grandfather is strict but loves them and ruled out any suspicion of committing crimes within the close circle of the family.

The mother of the child, who suffered merciless bullying when her identity and social media accounts were leaked and it was discovered that she had posted photographic material with «provocative» content, closed her accounts last Thursday night.

The 33-year-old testified that she and her partner do not work and remain in their home, above the children's grandparents' and parents' home, with the children. She stressed that she is only absent to go to the supermarket and for other work and the children stay with her parents who assist her.
