Invitation to an Extraordinary General Assembly of the Kythera Yacht Club

The present Extraordinary General Assembly is convened in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 paragraph a of the statutes of the Kythera Yacht Club, according to which 1/5 of its members may request the convening of a General Assembly. The General Assembly will take place at the cultural events hall in Fratsias on Sunday 2 April 2023 at 11 am to discuss and decide on the following agenda items:

1. Election of a new Board of Directors
2. Decision on any amendments to the Statutes
3. Discussion of all issues concerning the Kythira Nautical Sports Club

Dear members of the Kythera Yacht Club,

The historical Association, which has offered a huge amount of work on our island with uninterrupted operation since 1968, unfortunately due to the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, has temporarily ceased its activities.

With this invitation we invite the members or non-members of the Association, who are interested in supporting the effort to restart the Nautical Athletic Club of Kythera to attend the General Assembly.

We believe that it is the duty of all of us to keep the N.A.O.K. alive and to make every effort not only for its reopening but also for its upgrading.
