A special cultural experience is about to be experienced in Kythera on February 14, as the National Theatre includes the island among the four places in Greece where the live broadcasts of this year's performances.
The action, which aims to bring theatre to every remote corner of the country, includes Soufli, Ithaca, Karpathos and the Kythera.

On February 14, the residents of the island will have the opportunity to watch the performance online from the Side Stage of the Chiller Building:

It is a modern, direct and deeply human work, which touches the sensibility of young people, but is relevant to all ages. The live broadcast gives the residents of Kythera the opportunity to participate in a high quality theatrical experience without having to move.
The screening venue will be set in the near future.
The National Theatre close to the Region
The initiative is part of the live broadcast programme that the National Theatre is re-launching, aiming to provide access to culture for all. Sponsored by the DEI, the programme brings large-scale performances to areas that often do not have the opportunity to watch them in person.
