A total of €46.2 million will be paid to 85,136 beneficiaries during the week of 6-10 June, as part of the payments planned by the e-EFKA and the Public Employment Service (PES).
In particular, as stated in a statement by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs:
- The following will be paid by e-FICA:
- EUR 12.3 million to 530 beneficiaries following the adoption of one-off decisions.
€14.1 million to 42,706 beneficiaries for cash benefits (maternity, pregnancy, sickness, accident and funeral expenses).
- The following payments will be made by the FRA:
- €10 million to 26,000 beneficiaries for unemployment and other benefits.
€9 million to 15,000 beneficiaries under subsidised employment programmes.
€800,000 to 900 mothers for subsidised maternity leave.
