Two Greek children from Sydney had a wonderful time during their first participation in Children's Fashion Week, which took place at Sydney Town Hall last Saturday.
They are 15-year-old Ioanna Kallergi and her brother Christoforos (14), originally from the Dodecanese, who enjoyed the experience, the positive energy, and the friendliness of the participants and organizers.
It's not that they necessarily want to pursue a career in fashion in the future. What interested them was building their self-confidence, daring to try something different, and having fun with their peers on stage.
“Everyone involved in the event was so friendly, polite, and relaxed,” say the children, so after a brief moment of anxiety when they saw how many people had gathered in the audience, they were not intimidated.
They were delighted to have the opportunity to meet so many children. “It was a truly wonderful event, characterized by the diversity of the children who participated.".
After all, as expatriate entrepreneur Terri Svoronos, founder of Kidz Fashion Week, the spectacular fashion show is dedicated to children and their empowerment and promotes talent in a way that supports diversity, while encouraging children and teenagers to take the stage in their own way.

After Sydney, it's Gold Coast's turn in June, where auditions for the next show will begin shortly.
