The lawyer accused of domestic violence gives answers to the interrogator, who is reportedly willing to accept during his plea, the accusation of acts of violence against his wife.
The lawyer who has begun his plea to the felony charge of grievous bodily harm, reportedly during his plea, which has begun, will apologize for his actions, expressing his devastation over the incident that brought him to justice.
The magistrate, prior to the plea, appears to have taken statements from witnesses proposed by the accused in his defence. Thus, the defendant's ex-wife and daughter, as well as a well-known colleague and best man, were reportedly present in the interrogation room and gave statements.
Since the morning, relatives of the criminal lawyer have been in court in support of him.
The lawyer was arrested after the incident was reported to the authorities by a doctor of a private clinic who was called to treat the seriously injured woman when she and her husband went to the emergency room on Sunday morning.
The couple allegedly claimed that the woman's injuries were caused by a fall down the stairs of their home, a version that did not appear to be the result of the woman's injuries, which indicated human action.
The lawyer remained in custody in the evening and shortly before eight o'clock in the morning he was taken to the courts of the former Evelpidon school.
