Two new kids, two Tsirigotakia meet on a disc and make us proud once again. The reason for the now-famous Thodoris Mavrogiorgis and the emerging Evelina Megalokonomou. And the album, a tribute to 30 covers of songs by Manos Loizos released by MINOS EMI in September entitled «MANOS LOIZOS – AFTER». A tribute to 40 years since the death of the great creator honored by the participation of renowned artists and new musical talents. Today, a selection of seven songs from this tribute is being announced on YouTube, including the covers by the two Kythirians.
Ο Thodoris collaborates with the well-known rapper Anser and adapt the «That day will not be long in coming.», produced and arranged by Pantelis Nikiforos (LINK)
Η Evelina sings the «That boy with the hazel eyes’ for which he collaborated with the multi-talented Stelios Fragous, who did the arrangement and orchestration. Good luck!
Evelina posted the following on her personal account:
«This boy with the honey-colored eyes.” Starting today, my interpretation included in the album—a tribute to Manos Loizos entitled ”After“—will be available on all digital platforms. It will be released this coming September by Minos Emi.
Many thanks to Stelios Fragous for our wonderful collaboration. Here you will find links to all platforms!

And Thodoris posted the following:
«I've been sitting in front of a blank post for quite some time, waiting to type something to accompany the release of the cover we did with Anser, produced by Pantelis Nikiforos, of the great song by Manos Loizos and Fonta Ladi, and I confess that nothing “interesting” comes to mind. A little awe for Manos Loizos' work, a little for Dimitra Galani's enchanting performance, a little for the great lyrics by the Spartans Fonta Ladi and Anser make words few.
A big thank you to Angela Kollia and Minos Emi for suggesting that we participate in this great project alongside exceptional artists and for giving us the opportunity to contribute our own perspective.
And when our hearts come together... come back to me, my flower, so I can plant you in my arms and you can blossom in my song.

P.S. Dedicated to my Hariklaki, my super grandma, who didn't make it, and to Christos, who may have passed away four years ago but is still here with us.
