After her promotion to pioneer of the circular economy in Greece, through the programme “Just Go Zero” of Polygreen, the Tilos is again in the spotlight, this time as a place for hosting alternative sports tourism activities.
On the island of the Dodecanese, the first race of the OCR series on a Greek island, the OCR Elephants, is to be held this summer.

The event will take place on the weekend 25/06-26/06 and will include 3 races. On Saturday, June 25th in the morning, there is a scheduled obstacle course race. The obstacles are both natural and man-made and involve, among other things, wall climbing, rope climbing and swimming, a scientifically designed battleground that requires both strength and endurance.
On Saturday afternoon, a 5-kilometre race for the whole world is on the programme, while on Sunday, fitness and mind games, Survivor-style, will take place. The organizers have even secured the presence of 3 former players of the survival reality show as guest stars. These are Aspa Predaris, Savvas Kalfas and Sofianna Avramaki, who are expected to add a special touch to the event's soundtrack.

The games are co-organized by Zafiris Economou, owner of Tilos Street Workout by Zafiris, an open air sports complex on the sand and Stratos Houvardas, owner of a gym. At the same time, the event is supported by a dynamic sponsorship program, thanks to which cash prizes and gifts have been secured for the first 3 winners of each race, while medals, souvenirs and traditional products have been provided for all participants. In addition, there is provision for preferential rates for the athletes' accommodation and travel facilities.
