The graduation ceremony for the Kickboxing Coaches School, Category B, was held on Monday, July 6, 2026, with great success and an atmosphere of optimism for the future of the sport Category took place on Monday, July 6, 2026. The event was held in the ’Galatea Saranti« Hall of the General Secretariat of Sports, under the auspices of the Panhellenic Kickboxing Federation.
The event carried significant institutional weight, as it was honored by the presence of the Minister of Labor and Social Security, Ms. Niki Kerameos, and the Minister of Social Cohesion and Family, Ms. Domna Michailidou, emphasizing the importance the government attaches to education, certification, and the dynamic development of sports in the country.

During his speech, Antonis Mavromatis, President of the Panhellenic Kickboxing Federation, focused on the character-building, discipline, and competitive spirit fostered by the sport, while also highlighting the rapid growth that kickboxing has experienced in recent years throughout Greece.
Particular emphasis was placed on the intrinsic value of certification for Category B coaches. As was emphasized, the scientific training and sense of responsibility of the people who work closely with athletes on a daily basis are the fundamental prerequisites for the safe, proper, and high-quality development of athletic talent.
This award is not merely the culmination of an educational process, but a strategic investment aimed at enhancing coaching practices and institutionally strengthening Greek kickboxing. The Federation has made it clear that it will continue to invest steadily in training and outreach, providing practical support to clubs and promoting young athletes.
