Approximately 73 million euros will be paid to 72,000 beneficiaries as part of the scheduled payments from the e-EFKA and OAED From today through September 17.
In particular, as stated in a statement by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs:
1. The following payments will be made through e-EFKA as part of the agency’s regular payments:
– 16 million euros will be paid to 510 beneficiaries following the issuance of decisions regarding lump-sum payments.
– 325,707 euros will be paid to 386 beneficiaries for cash benefits (maternity, pregnancy, sickness, and accident benefits, as well as funeral expenses).
– 11,900 euros will be paid to 26 beneficiaries for supplementary pension benefits.
2. The OAED will make the following payments:
– 15 million euros will be paid to 39,000 beneficiaries in the form of unemployment benefits and other benefits.
– 30 million euros will be paid to 12,500 beneficiaries as part of subsidized employment programs.
– 10 million euros will be paid to 18,000 beneficiaries for public benefit programs.
– 1.2 million euros will be paid to 1,500 mothers for subsidized maternity leave.
For the period of September 13–17, there are no scheduled payments from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs itself or from OPEC.
