A 33-year-old man was arrested by warrant, yesterday evening, by the Subdivision for the Protection of Minors of the Attica Security Directorate, accused of sexual acts repeatedly and for a fee with the 12-year-old girl, in the area of Sepolia.
The arrested man is to be brought before the competent prosecutor today.
Two people who were chatting online with the 12-year-old girl were identified
Two men, 36 and 35 years old, who were chatting through an online dating app with the 12-year-old girl who was a victim of rape and prostitution in Kolonos, have been identified.
The two men, who presented themselves voluntarily to the Subdivision for the Protection of Minors of the Attica Security Directorate, said that during the summer they had been talking to a minor who probably resembles the 12-year-old girl.
The ELAS confiscated the devices of their mobile phones, in order to be sent for laboratory examination to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, then the two men were examined under oath and left.
It was established that the details of the two men did indeed correspond to contacts with whom the 12-year-old girl was talking.
