Three people were injured last night and early this morning in shooting incidents in the areas of Agios Panteleimon and Menidi.
Specifically, according to the police, shortly after 10:30 a.m., the Emergency Response Center was notified of gunshots on Kampani Street in Agios Panteleimonas. Police forces rushed to the scene and found a 25-year-old Egyptian man with gunshot wounds to his legs. The victim told the police that two men got out of a car and shot him. Two shell casings and a 9mm bullet were found at the scene of the attack.
The 25-year-old was transported by EKAV ambulance to KAT.
A few hours later, at 4:15 a.m., the police were notified of an incident between two men on Panagia Soumela Street in Menidi.
When they arrived at the scene, the police officers found a man aged around 35 with a gunshot wound to the head, who was taken to KAT hospital.
A short time later, the police were informed of another man who was slightly injured in the shooting in Menidi. Specifically, it is a 35-year-old man who is being treated for a gunshot wound to the leg at the Laiko Hospital.
