Decision of the Ministry of Environment & Energy concerning the buildings housing Public bodies and local government, published in the Official Gazette on 12η January (indicating last year's date in the OJ «31 December 2021»).
The Ministerial Decision grants an extension until the 31η March 2022 within the deadline of subparagraph c’ of paragraph 10a of article 26 of Law 4067/2012.
The deadline is «the registration of the data of the buildings in which the Entities of paragraph 1 of article 14 of Law 4270/2014 are housed, in the electronic platform log accessibility from the individual reference points for the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, ratified by article 1 of Law 4074/2012, as defined in article 71 of Law 4488/2017.
Furthermore, the Decision stipulates that by completing the registration of the buildings on the electronic platform within the above deadline, « shall be suspended retroactively from 1.1.2021 and until 31.12.2022 the sanctions of paragraph 4 of article 26 of Law 4067/2012 ».
We remind you that to the Entities of paragraph 1 of article 14 of Law 4270/2014 is listed and the Subsector OTA, which includes «(aa) the local authorities, which consist of the Municipalities (grade A OTA) and the Regions (B grade OTA) and (b) legal persons private legal persons and legal entities public owned, controlled or financed by legal entities by the OTAs ».
