Recruitment of fire safety personnel with a private fixed-term contract

ANNOUNCEMENT

For the recruitment of fire safety personnel on a temporary private employment contract to meet urgent seasonal needs.

Having regard to:

The provisions of Article 206 of Law 3584/2007 (Government Gazette No.143/A/28.6.2007) as replaced by the paragraph 2 of Article 41 of N/4325/2015 and supplemented by par. 2 of article 4 of the P.N.P. «Emergency regulations for the normal operation of local authorities» which was ratified by article 9 of Law 4350/2015 and replaced by article 116 of Law 4547/2018.

The number 92/2022 with (ID: PSY9ΩΛΨ-ΨΔO) decision of the Economic Committee of the Municipality of Kythera, on the «recruitment of fire safety personnel» with a contract under private law for a fixed term of up to four (4) months.

ANNOUNCES

The recruitment of four (4) people with a contract of private law for a fixed term of four (4) months for the guarding of forests, forest areas, and the cleaning of municipal areas from grass etc., for the prevention & treatment of fires during the fire season as follows :

FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF KYTHERA

YE Fire Safety Workers : three (3) persons

SPECIAL TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS : Not required

CONTRACT DURATION :four (4) months

FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANTIKYTHERA

YE Fire safety workers : one (1) person

SPECIAL TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS : Not required

CONTRACT DURATION :four (4) months

GENERAL RECRUITMENT QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be between 18 and 65 years old. .

Have the health and physical fitness to perform the duties of their chosen post.

Not be ineligible under Article 16 of the Staff Regulations (conviction, sub judice, legal representation), subject to the following exception.

Exception: Candidates for positions of auxiliary or unskilled personnel provided that they have served the sentence or the security measures imposed on them have been lifted or they have been dismissed conditionally (Law 2207/1994, article 4, paragraph 6).

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Interested parties must submit the following documents with their application:

1. A photocopy of both sides of the identity card .
2. Certificate of marital status if there are dependants
3. Declaration of the Law 1599/1986 in which the candidate must state whether in the last twelve (12) months from the submission of his/her application he/she has been employed in the same public sector body with the same or similar specialization in order to determine whether the candidate has an impediment to recruitment or not.The calculation of the twelve-month period for not having an impediment to recruitment is made starting from the end of the new employment, for which the employee is to be recruited and backwards.
4. In case of unemployed persons, a recent certificate from the OAED.
5. Polychildren and children of large families : Certificate of their family status of the Municipality of recent issue accompanied by a certificate of the Supreme Confederation of Polytechnoi Greece .
6. For proof of previous experience, a certificate from an insurance institution or the employment agency ,
7. For proof of local residence A Certificate of Permanent Residence.

                                    Deadline for Submission of Applications

Interested parties may submit an application together with the required documents to the Personnel Office of the Municipality of Kythera within five (5) days from the date of its posting in the Municipality's notice board and at www.diavgeia.gor.gr.
