Published in Government Gazette the Ministerial Decision defining the precise content and implementation modalities of Action 3.2 «Financial support for nomadic beekeeping», in the framework of the implementation of the programme for the improvement of the production and marketing conditions of beekeeping products for the beekeeping years 2020-2022».
According to this, the beneficiaries of the action are active beekeepers who fall into one of the following cases:
a) natural persons, who have a beekeeping farm with at least 110 occupied hives, who:
aa) it is «professional farmers», and declare a gross value of total family agricultural production of at least EUR 5 000, or
bb) have submitted a Single Application for Support - Single Payment Application - Single Payment Declaration and/or have been included in the new farmers' scheme and/or have been registered as a new entrant in the agricultural sector, for the first time within the two preceding calendar years from the year of application for participation in the action; or
cc) is pensioners of the Agricultural Insurance Organisation (OGA), who declare a gross value of total family agricultural production of at least EUR 5 000
b) legal entities for which the following conditions apply cumulatively:
aa) maintain a beekeeping farm with at least 110 occupied hives and are registered in the Register of Farmers and Agricultural Holdings
(bb) have active Activity Code Number according to the new version of the National Nomenclature of Economic Activities (Nomenclature 2008), which corresponds to the production of natural honey and other hive products and/or the production of beeswax - offspring,
cc) declare a gross value of total annual agricultural production of at least EUR 8,000,
(dd) their members do not participate in action 3.2 during the same beekeeping year as individual active beekeepers.
c) for the beekeeping year 2022, the beneficiaries of the action include natural persons, with permanent residence in the Municipalities of Istiia - Edipsos and Mantoudiou - Limni - Agia Anna, of the Regional Unit of Evia, who maintain a beekeeping farm with at least 30 occupied hives, zero family agricultural income, with a predetermined minimum aid price per occupied mobile hive of seven euros.
