Born in 1936 in New Philadelphia, Eva Kotamanidou studied at the Karolos Koun Art Theatre and became known as the leading lady of Theodoros Angelopoulos with her performances in the films The Company, Megalexander, Landscape in the Mist and The Gaze of Ulysses.
He had a long career on the stage and also appeared on television.
In 1989, he was elected as a member of parliament with the Coalition in the June and November elections. In May and June 2012, she was a candidate for the State Parliament with the Democratic Left.
