In Tatoi this morning the only general rehearsal took place in view of the glorious military parade for the 200th anniversary of the Greek Revolution. OPEN has obtained exclusive pictures of everything that will be seen on March 25th at the Syntagma.

For the first time in modern history, the celebrations include an event with a dressed Euzon on horseback, holding the blue and white, leading a group of horsemen on horseback, who wear uniforms dating from the Revolutionary period with the fustanella to the Second World War.
The horsemen, in fact, are accompanied by groups of people wearing traditional costumes from Pontus and Thrace to Crete, while in the footage a hiking section is also visible, which is the revival of the historical Holy Company of Alexander Ypsilantis.

The rehearsal was attended by the Chief of the General Staff, Konstantinos Floros, the Head of the General Staff, Charalambos Lalousis, the Chief of the Fire Brigade, Stefanos Kolokouris, as well as representatives of the Police, the Coast Guard, the Air Force and the Navy.

The 200th anniversary of Greek Independence will be commemorated by the heir to the British throne, Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, the Russian Prime Minister, Michael Mishoustin, the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades and the French Minister of Defence, Florence Parly.
The parade will start at 10 am from Zappeion and will last for one hour. Walking and motorized sections, as well as those on horseback, will cross Vassilissis Olgas and Vassilissis Amalias. The horsemen will stop at the Propylaea while the other sections will split up at Panepistimiou and some will even reach as far as the Hackia.
