- Public contribution to loans (first home protection): beneficiaries 2.735 - 167.538 euros

According to an announcement, OPEKA will pay the foster care allowance for the first time. The assumption of this responsibility by the OPEKA was made by means of the CBA no. G.P.D11 οικ.31720 (Government Gazette B 2220/26.05.2021) ’Granting financial support for foster care«.
The financial support for fostering applies to each child placed in a foster home. underwriting and shall be granted to the foster parents or to the foster child, after he or she has reached the age of majority, to meet the current needs of the foster child.
The payment concerns applications submitted between 26/05 and 31/05. It concerns 116 foster children and the amount is €6,146.
