Who is eligible for financial assistance?
The beneficiaries entitled to receive financial assistance are as follows:
- natural, adoptive, or foster mother, with an infant or toddler who works in either the public or private sector in any form of employment, including the self-employed and freelancers.
- natural, adoptive, or foster father who has sole parental responsibility for an infant or toddler and works in either the public or private sector in any form of employment, including self-employed and freelance professionals.
- woman, who has been assigned by court order or a prosecutor's order, sole custody of an infant or toddler, working in the public and private sectors in any form of employment, including the self-employed and freelancers.
- birth mothers, adoptive mothers, or foster mothers, with an infant or toddler who are registered with the OAED as unemployed.
