He had marketed himself as a wealthy Greek business consultant working in Sydney. Weeks went by and they continued to exchange messages daily. «He was clearly very attractive on the outside. As time went on we became very close. We had the same sense of humor and the same value system. I connected with him in a way I had never felt with others my age,» she said a few days ago on the show Perception on the Australian television station SBS.
After a few weeks of non-stop conversations They continued chatting on Messenger. Torrie Marshall sent him a friend request, but «Stelios» claimed he couldn't add her to his friends. At that moment he was starting to feel like something was wrong with him.
He then suggested to the Australian that they talk by phone through Kik Messenger, an app that allows users to sign up without telephone number. Torrie Marshall, after a few phone calls, suggested they meet in person, but he said he was too busy with work to see her.
Finally, a short time later he accepted, telling her he would come to the Blue Mountains to spend a week with her. She took a leave of absence and waited for the man pretending to be Constantine Argyros eagerly. Only «Stelios» had one last demand of her just before they saw each other in person. To send him a sexually explicit video of her own.

She initially refused him, claiming that she did not want to do it because she did not feel comfortable. But «Stelios» replied that he was on his way to the meeting point and that if he didn't do it, he would leave. Torrie Marshall eventually succumbed to the pressure and sent the video. As soon as he received it he immediately deactivated his Facebook account.
She was shocked and turned to her friend for help. So, searching the internet, they discovered that «Stelios» was a fake profiles, as the photos he had been seeing for so long did not belong to him but to Konstantinos Argyros. Realizing that she had sent a video with her own personal moments to a stranger, she became upset and suicidal.
Torrie Marshall sought support from a psychiatric clinic and over time she began to overcome it. The 26-year-old girl today, as she told the show Perception of SBS, lives a quiet life but still finds it difficult to meet face-to-face with people she has met online. «It was very difficult for me to open up to a person again. This person used the body for his sick pleasures,» she concluded.
