What you are seeing is NOT a city council meeting.
This is NOT a meeting of the finance committee. It is the hypocrisy of the city government. Meetings at City Hall are allowed for everyone except the elected governing bodies.
In today's “meeting” of the financial committee, assignments only 2.000.000 euros via e-mail !!! The return to normality concerns everyone except those who control the municipal majority. All this, of course, based on the instructions of the Minister of the Interior for uninterrupted governability that our Mayor passionately supports...
