at a special mixed (in person and via teleconference through the ZOOM platform in real time) meeting of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Kythira, which will take place in the «Mayor Artemios Kalligeros» hall» of the Kythira Town Hall and will be held in person on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.:
Please submit in writing to the Municipal Council Presidency (email: depitropi@kythira.gr) the topics for discussion that concern the work of the municipal authority. until Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
We also inform you that:
1. Each municipal councilor may raise up to one (1) issue.
2. If more than ten (10) items have been submitted, the presiding committee shall conduct a public draw to determine which items will be discussed and included in the agenda.
3. Up to three (3) items proposed by majority councillors shall be included in the agenda.
4. In addition to the above ten (10) items, up to two (2) items may be discussed if they have been submitted by the presidents of the municipal communities. If more than two (2) items have been submitted by the presidents of the municipal communities, a draw shall be held.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that questions should relate exclusively to the actions of the Municipal Authority, as accountability meetings are exclusively for the purpose of reporting on past actions.
