In specifying measures for the coronavirus, which will be recommended by the infectious diseases experts and today (29/1) at 6pm the Nikos Hardalias is expected to announce the strict lockdown throughout the Attica. What is certain is that the prefecture of Attica will be classified as a «red area», while the islands of the Saronic Gulf will probably be excluded. According to the information available so far, the experts have decided the following:
- Operation with click in shop of stores clothing, footwear and jewellery
- Function hair salons by appointment only
- Click away for all other retail trade
- Open the High schools and in the red areas, so also in Attica
- Closed the High schools in the red areas. Operation with tele-education
- Schools in non-red areas open as normal
- At the same time, although there are thoughts of curfew from 6 in the evening, this does not seem to be the case in the end. Thus, the curfew will probably remain in place from 9 p.m. onwards.
