Thus, from Thursday at 6 am throughout the country until 16 March (with the exception of the Regional Unit of Larissa, where the measures will start on Saturday 6 March) there will be changes in codes 2, 3 and 6.
Thus, code 2 for going to an operational shop for the supply of essential goods (supermarket, mini market), where it is not possible to send them, will be valid within the municipality or up to 2 km from home. The same will apply to code 3 for going to a bank.
Also, code 6 for physical exercise outdoors or exercise with a pet, individually or in groups of three, in the latter case keeping the necessary distance of 1.5 metres, will apply only on foot or by bicycle.
In code 4, according to Nikos Chardalias, the auditing bodies will be able to request additional evidence in order to establish the adequacy of the exceptional travel for citizens.
The curfew is also adjusted and is as follows. At the high risk level (red) from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., and at the very high risk level (deep red) from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. With the exception of the Region of Attica and the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki, where the curfew on weekdays (Monday to Friday) is from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., due to the metropolitan nature of these areas.
The «map» of measures
The Region of Attica, as well as the Regional Units, are classified at the level of very high risk (deep red): Achaia, Arcadia, Thessaloniki, Larissa, Lefkada (except Meganisi), Fthiotida, Argolida, Corinthia, Thesprotia, Arta, Samos, Boeotia, Chios, Aitoloakarnania, Rhodes, Heraklion and Evia (except Skyros). The Municipality of Kalymnos is also classified at this level.
All other areas of Greece are classified as high risk (red).
