The temperature will range in Western Macedonia from -2 to 5 degrees Celsius, in the rest of Northern Greece from 2 to 12 degrees, in Epirus from 3 to 13 degrees Celsius, in Thessaly from 3 to 15 degrees Celsius, in the rest of the mainland from 6 to 15 degrees Celsius, in the Ionian islands from 9 to 14 degrees Celsius and in the Aegean islands from 11 to 17 degrees Celsius, while in Crete the maximum will reach 19-21 degrees Celsius. However, gradually the temperature throughout the country will drop significantly.
The winds across the country will blow from westerly directions with intensities up to 7 Beaufort and locally in the sea 8 Beaufort. From the midday hours in the Ionian Sea and from the evening hours in the Aegean Sea the winds will shift to the northwest and weaken to 5 to 6 Beaufort locally.
In Attica we expect showers and possibly sporadic thunderstorms, with improvement in the morning hours. Winds will blow from westerly directions with intensities up to 7 Beaufort. The temperature will range from 11 to 14 degrees.
In Thessaloniki, passing showers and a quick improvement of the weather are expected. Winds will blow from northwestern directions with intensities up to 6 Beaufort. The temperature in the city of Thessaloniki will range from 7 to 11 degrees.
