Recently, on 26.01.2021 published in Kythera.News an article from the Mano Trifyllis, John Coronaeus and Spyros Michalakakis on sustainable development for Kythera and Antikythera, A Kytherian New Deal (Part 2).

The authors of the article, as we were warned, attempt to discuss the ideas developed in the article (and in the meantime have formed the basis of their interventions in the public debate) with a wider audience.
Their ambition, they say, is for such thoughts to be a challenge to a a different debate on the future of Kythera and Antikythera in the direction of its radical regeneration, development and progress. They seek a broad exchange of views and compositions, so that eventually a an integrated plan for creative regeneration and sustainable development for our islands. And they see as crucial the role of municipal bodies (Municipality of Kythera, EEPKA, local councils), but also the role of mass organisations (associations, foundations, cooperatives, professional associations, etc.) and by extension all the people who love Kythera and Antikythera.
In this context, Manos, John and Spyros invite elected representatives of the island, representatives of institutions, media and other citizens, in a public debate moderated by Hippolytus Precas.
