In a series of actions to «defend the innocence» of Dimitris Lignadis, but also in «defense» of his personal and legal «dignity», is expected to make the lawyer Alexis Kougias.
At the same time, Mr Kougias rails against journalists, sites and TV shows, noting that he will appeal to the FCC, while stressing that he will file «lawsuits and lawsuits personally to those who have offended my honor, but also my professional competence and dignity».
In detail the statement of Mr.Kougias:

2. -I will submit to the ERC and before its President, the honorable former President of the Supreme Court, Mr. Koutroumanos, and before its selected bipartisan members all the data from television broadcasts, radio broadcasts, posts on sites that for weeks have destroyed the presumption of innocence of my client, revealing his identity and his photograph, prejudging him, humiliating him, insulting him and slandering him, so that the sanctions provided for by law may be imposed on them.
3. -Actions and lawsuits for false accusation, slander and insult to his personality, I will submit and file against the alleged rapists of Mr.Dimitris Lignadis.
4. -Our colleagues in my office and I, at Mr.Lignadi's request, are gathering all the evidence from statements made by various lawyers, journalists, actors, fashionable chefs and show hosts who have humiliated him, insulted his honour and reputation, insulted and slandered him, so that we can sue and prosecute them.

Finally, this dictatorship of particularities, where anyone who dares, even a lawyer defending a Greek citizen, to mention the word homosexual, is automatically characterized with impunity and without comment as homophobic and racist, should end, because in the end - in the end, because we are the vast majority, in opposition to particularities, apart from respecting their particularity, we have the absolute right and obligation to defend, advertise and promote the normal way of life and the normal way of creating a family and children, because otherwise our society, in our judgment, will be destroyed and our children's future will be an unbalanced and disturbed future that will lead people to choices of mental and personal imbalance and inexplicable dead ends.
Every person, whether male or female, has the right to dispose of their body as they wish, has the right to freely make their own sexual and erotic choices, has the right if they wish to advertise them in any way they wish, but we all have an obligation to respect every choice of our fellow human beings, but that is as far as we go and no further.
