When the platform opens, beneficiaries with their Taxisnet codes can be entered to be credited with the money corresponding to their vehicle type and place of residence.
Before you apply to the gov.gr, you need to know how to apply for fuel subsidies.
Upon entering the platform, beneficiaries use their personal codes to update their data and enter the application.
You then request either the issuance of the digital debit card and the crediting of the above amount of money to it, or the crediting of the bank account.
You download the digital card to your mobile phone to get an extra «bonus» of €5, but you can use it until 31/7/22 and not later.
Beneficiaries will be required to fill in and update their contact details, in particular their email address, mobile phone number, personal bank account number.
From then on, the beneficiary can apply either for the issuing the digital debit card, or for the credit to his bank account and the Citizen Service Centres (KEPs).
The digital debit card remains active until 31/7/2022, after which the credit institution or financial institution is obliged to deactivate it immediately. Any remaining amount is returned to the Greek State and any further claim by the beneficiary is excluded.
The amount of money credited to the credit or debit card can be used exclusively by the beneficiary for the purchase of fuel and cannot be transferred to a third party or withdrawn.
The financial support for fuel:
- 30 euros for owners of motorcycles - mopeds, with main residence in the rest of Greece
- 35 euros for owners of motorcycles - mopeds, residing in the Regions of North Aegean, South Aegean, Ionian Islands, Crete, in the Regional Unit of the Islands of the Region of Attica and in the Regional Unit of Sporades of the Region of Thessaly
- 40 euros for car owners with a main residence in the rest of Greece
- 50 euros for car owners with their main residence in the Regions of North Aegean, South Aegean, Ionian Islands, Crete, the Regional Unit of the Islands of the Region of Attica and the Regional Unit of Sporades of the Region of Thessaly.
