A newer development for the BAPE in Kythera was made known by the citizens« movement »Dynamo Kythera" which monitors the data of RAE and informs us with the following text:

Another positive development for the island after the withdrawal of the industrial wind farm in Mermigari is the withdrawal of the company from the project under Ai Giorgis.
Hence the difference in the two maps. The company's application (in yellow) which was never translated into a production license by the P.A.E. is now missing.
We want to believe that the island's struggle is slowly paying off!!
