Sanctuary of Poseidon in Mikri Dragonara

We attach the text of the archaeologists Aris Tsaravopoulos and Gelis Fragou for the excavation that took place on the rocky islet of Mikri Dragonara, where they discovered a sanctuary of Poseidon with the status of Gaiochos (Cosmosistis). It is noted and reported that from several findings it is evident that the ship that wrecked in Antikythera had passed and had left offerings at the Sanctuary and probably there ended its free sailing!
