Trains will be immobilized throughout the country's rail network next Tuesday, May 4, due to the participation of the Panhellenic Railway Federation (POS) in the 24-hour strike announced by the GSEE, for the day of Labor Day.
According to announcement of TRAINOSE SA, because of the strike all rail services on the entire network will be cancelled including the Suburban Railway.
In detail:
Monday 3-5-2021 (previous day of the strike)
- Between Athens - Oinoe - Chalkida - Athens: Trains: 2534 & 2539 are cancelled on their entire route.
- Between Thessaloniki - Serres: Train 3632 is cancelled on its entire route.
Tuesday 4-5-2021 (strike day)
- All passenger trains of TRAINOSE are abolished, as well as buses operating domestic routes within the Network.
Wednesday 5-5-2021 (next day of the strike)
- Between Serres - Thessaloniki: Train: 3631 is cancelled on the whole route.
