From today (Friday, February 19) until February 28, the operation of retail trade of radiators for central heating and air heaters or hot air distributors made of iron or steel, not electrically heated, and parts of heaters, stoves, food warmers, and similar non-electric household appliances.
In particular, the General Secretariat for Trade and Consumer Protection of Ministry of Development and Investment, informs consumers and businesses that, due to the effects of the severe weather conditions of recent days, which mainly affected the northern and eastern parts of the Attica region, and the resulting need for households to purchase heating equipment, Joint Ministerial Decision No. 10604/18-2-2021 (Government Gazette B 643) was published, according to which, from today, Friday, February 19, until February 28, businesses with the following Activity Codes are allowed to operate:
– KAD 47.52.45.06 → Retail sale of non-electrically heated central heating radiators, made of iron or steel.
– KAD 47.59.58.16 → Retail sale of non-electric air heaters or hot air distributors, etc., made of iron or steel.
– KAD 47.59.58.22 → Retail sale of parts of heaters, stoves, food warmers, and similar non-electric household appliances.
It should be noted that the above businesses operate in compliance with the restrictive measures established to limit the spread of COVID-19, i.e., businesses must maintain a ratio of one person per 25 square meters, and citizens must send Code 2 or fill out a printed certificate and wear a mask.
