The government of USA will offer to Ukraine additional assistance, worth $100 million, for its security, including anti-tank systems, the US Secretary of State announced, Anthony Blinken.
Pentagon spokesman John Kirby explained in a press release that this is «in response to Ukraine's urgent need for additional Javelin anti-tank missiles, which the US has supplied to Ukraine and which have been used very effectively in the country's defence» since the beginning of Russia's invasion on 24 February.
