As the Minister of State for Civil Protection and Crisis Management said today, Nikos Hardalias, the army will participate, in conjunction with teams from the EODY and of General Secretariat for Civil Protection, on «intensifying checks on company employees» in Elefsina, Aspropyrgos and Mandra, where universal will be applied lockdown.
«It is decided to intensify the controls on the employees of the businesses in the region (West Attica) by teams of the EODY, the GGP and the Armed Forces», was the exact statement of Nikos Chardalias, while questions are raised about the reasons why the armed forces will be used in this effort.
