Following the meeting of the Technical Committee Monitoring - Acceptance of the program «Mosquito Control in areas of the P.E. Islands of the Region of Attica for the years 2018-20» held on 22 October 2020, the dates of the next ground applications of mosquito larvae control are announced, as follows:
- Municipality of Salamina - Monday 16 November 2020, 19ηterrestrial application
- Municipality of Kythira - Thursday 19 November 2020, 18th ground application
- Municipality of Trizinia - Methana - Monday 23 November 2020, 20η terrestrial application
It is worth noting that very soon and for the first time spraying will be carried out in Spetses, with the agreement of the Benaki Institute of Plant Pathology (MFI), which scientifically supports the effort to combat mosquitoes, and the Agricultural Economy & Sanitary Control Services of the Attica Region.
