A total of €67.5 million will be paid to 57,750 beneficiaries during the week of 9-13 May as part of the scheduled payments by e-EFKA and OAED.
In particular, as stated in a statement by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs:
From the e-EFKA EUR 17.5 million will be paid to 750 beneficiaries following the adoption of one-off decisions.
From the OAED The following payments will be made: (57 000 beneficiaries, €38.5 million):
€15 million to 38,000 beneficiaries for unemployment and other benefits
€20 million will be paid to 12,000 beneficiaries under subsidised employment programmes
payment of €1.5 million to 3 000 mothers for subsidised maternity leave
€2 million will be paid to 4,000 beneficiaries for public benefit programmes
