The initial evaluation of the applications for support (inclusion) in Measure 11 of the Organic Agriculture Programme 2014-2020 has been completed.
Interested parties can be informed about the provisional ranking lists and any personalised - detailed information through the Information System at the web address of the application of Measure 11 of Organic Agriculture (here), using their personal passwords.
Interested parties who do not agree with the findings of the evaluation, may file an appeal exclusively by electronic means, within the meaning of article 25 of Law 2690/1999, from Thursday (12/05/2022) until Wednesday (25/05/2022) at 23:59:59 at the Information System for the support of the measure at the above e-mail address, using their personal codes. During the submission of the appeal, it is not possible to modify the support request.
At the same time, they must initiate the necessary administrative actions for the correction of the data in the computerised database through which the cross-checks are carried out by the Information System.
The final classification lists will be drawn up after the examination of any appeals within the meaning of Article 25 of Law 2690/1999 which may be lodged in the country.
Candidate beekeepers, who do not meet the criterion of «active farmer» under the legislation in force until now, can file an online appeal, if they so wish. In any case, the designation of active farmer will be re-evaluated in the 2nd classification for all producers. In their appeal the following text must be included: «Please re-evaluate finding code 10005 and finding description -Non-Active Farmer-».
As stated by Mr. George Papiotis, who is a member of the Board of Directors of OMSE and President of the Beekeepers« Association of Livadia, »from the beginning of the programme there was a problem with the platform that made some of us inactive. The funds are there and we were promised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry that after the objections are filed the problem will be solved".
