Gwyneth Paltrow is enjoying this new decade of her life just a few days after her 50th birthday, according to People.
«It’s fantastic,» said the owner of a wellness products company at an event in Santa Monica. «I used to care about what people thought of me. Now I don’t care. It’s so nice. In my opinion, that shows you’re more in touch with yourself.».
And she adds: «I think this transition is particularly difficult for a woman because of what we’ve heard about turning 40, or the idea that once we lose our ability to have children, we’re no longer desirable or important. I didn’t feel any [anxiety] when I turned 50. I felt that an amazing sense of liberation began to set in.».
She has been married to producer Brad Falchuk since 2018. «I was lucky enough to meet him at a time when our values and interests aligned. We work very hard to keep it that way,» she said.
