As the 50-year-old woman complained, while she was cleaning an apartment building on Syμμαχιδon Street, suddenly a man of about 35 years old grabbed her and forcibly put her in his apartment where he raped her. «All the years I was cleaning stairs I did not enter other people's houses. I was on the ground floor waiting in the elevator and someone pulled me back. He did everything, long hours, 8 to 5. I want to forget about it, I'm with a therapist. Call it luck I got away, call it praying to God. I'm trying to forget them,» said the 50-year-old shocked woman speaking to Open.
Eventually, the 50-year-old woman was discharged after being treated at the Nice State General Hospital after the incident she experienced. «They really are incidents that are particularly sad. Such phenomena do not only concern the police, other things should be done in other sectors», he said.
Police delay
The situation in which the unfortunate woman was in was described to ANT1 by the woman who heard the 50-year-old woman calling for help and trying to get out of the apartment. «I'm the first one who saw the woman. I found her half naked and with her face disfigured from the blows and psychologically she was a mess,» the woman told ANT1.
As she said, the 50-year-old woman herself revealed to her after she was discharged from the hospital and went to the police to make an official complaint that «seven times she was raped and beaten. The woman was a mess, shot in the face.».
