The way in which leaked Caroline's diary Crouch, which is part of the case file for the crime in Sweet Waters, asks to be checked and whether there has been a breach of official or judicial secrecy, the Public Prosecutor's Office and the prosecutor of the Supreme Court.
In his document, Vassilis Pliotas allegedly refers to «a very critical publications for leakage-publication of elements of the criminal case file (victim's diary, etc.), for the crime committed in Glyka Nera at the expense of of the above-mentioned sufferer», published in the printed and electronic press.
According to the Supreme Prosecutor, «the publication of these is already and reasonably perceived as concomitant insult the personality of the victim herself and may even be considered to contribute to the creation of a favourable climate for the accused during the criminal proceedings.».
Mr. Pliotas also quotes the statement of the Editors« Union on the »observance of ethical rules". The purpose of the investigation is to determine whether there is a possibility of self-incriminating acts, in particular, for example, the violation of official or judicial secrecy.
