The best exercise for abs, if done correctly

Knee bends. Nothing else is needed to exercise and strengthen the core. It doesn't matter whether we choose a horizontal bar or a dip bar. What matters is that the exercise is done correctly. At full momentum, with proper breathing and the correct technique (body hollowed, pelvis tilted forward, feet slightly tilted forward).
