Prevention is the cornerstone of good health. According to the EOPYY's Unified Health Benefits Regulation (EHIC), insured persons have the right to undergo a number of critical preventive examinations free of charge, without any financial contribution, as long as they are carried out in public health facilities.
The aim of these benefits is to provide early diagnosis and prevention of serious conditions, ensuring that people receive the care they need at no financial cost. Although the NHIF rules may be subject to change, here are the tests that are currently fully covered.
