And why should we be afraid of them?;

With particular interest, I have been following the reactions, anonymous and anonymous, regarding the attitude of the Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias, during his visit to Turkey.

I am one of those who praised the entire presence of the Foreign Ministry in Ankara, which reflects the courageous and decisive stance of the Government against a defiant, revisionist and aggressive Turkey.

But to avoid misunderstandings, I hasten to point out that there is no need for dances and festivals, nor to characterize it as a kind of ...revolution the obvious. Because that is exactly what the government, through the Foreign Ministry, has done. It responded to Turkey, trying to pass on to the international community its arbitrary claims as bilateral disputes, as it ought to be in our glorious history and as befits a free and sovereign State: as equal to equals and not with the rayadism that our neighbours arrogantly expected. Proudly and solemnly, taking advantage of the visit of the Foreign Minister, he completely deconstructed the Turkish attempt to show the international community that it is supposedly conciliatory and discussing with Greece and that «Tamam kardeşim» (okay brother), we will get along with each other, no need to upset the whole world! But, if that were the case, we would also reply : «Inşallah» (God willing), we will get along!

However, when the Turks say «to find them», they mean to find a way to share ours! As, obedient, immaculate and immaculate, if possible as «baby virgins», we are to be led to discontinuance, to Ottoman-style law. That's what they mean...

And here comes the surprise of the neighbors. Because, until now, they were used to «the wind takes the flags», «the sea has no borders», the Greeks «we should not be lonely eaters» because «Turkey has long coasts», and other jokes of the «turquoise» Professors, who for so many years have given the Turks the right to run riot and have no stop.

Our country, with the responsible, serious and decisive policy of the Government of Kyriakos Mitsotakis:

  • Turned the Greek-Turkish dispute into a Euro-Turkish one
  • He made known to the whole world Turkey's aggressive, illegal and revisionist policy
  • It entered into political-military alliances in the wider region, creating new facts
  • It concluded, with bold diplomatic moves, agreements on maritime zones with Italy and Egypt, while it found a formula for resolving the issue with Albania
  • It has the best politico-military relations with the US and open channels of communication at the highest level
  • He has restored the prestige of our country abroad, both in the way he has dealt with the issue of illegal entry and in his handling of the pandemic
  • It has rapidly begun the military reinforcement of the country, knowing that strong armed forces means deterrence.

On the other hand, we have a Turkey, which:

  • It has provoked the international actor and has revealed, in every direction, its illegal and revisionist behaviour.
  • It is in the crosshairs of the US because of its latest choices and its rapprochement with Russia
  • It is a country divided politically, with Erdogan's friends on one side and his enemies on the other, which is a division, has taken on a fanatical and existential character for opponents
  • It also has, divided the Armed Forces of the, with a large number of experienced staff, either in prison or expelled, and in fear of a coup d'état on a daily basis
  • It has a fragile economy, which has been in a constant state of flux, with repeated devaluations by international agencies
  • It has 20% of its population of Kurdish origin and with a perennial threat of a Kurdish state.
  • It has overextended itself on many fronts, Cyprus, Aegean, Syria, Libya, Nagorno Karabakh, which is very dangerous for possible disaster, as the historical past has shown.

So, taking all the above into account, one can answer the question: Why will had to To them We fear;
