City council meeting on Wednesday

According to the relevant provisions of article 67 of Law 3852/2010 (Government Gazette A87/7-6-2010), as replaced by article 74 of Law 4555/2018 (Government Gazette A133/19-7-2018) and as in force in conjunction with article 78 of Law 4954/2022 (Government Gazette A 136/09-07-2022),

in a mixed (in person and by videoconference via the ZOM platform in real time), regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Kythera, to be held in the «Mayor Artemios Kalligeros» hall of the Kythera Town Hall (for the physically present councillors), on 22/02/2023, Wednesday, at 15:00 p.m. with the following agenda items:

1. Participation of the Municipality of Kythera in the establishment of the Kythera Energy Community
2. Allocation of state subsidy for the year 2023 to cover the operating costs of the schools of Kythera Island, (Rapporteur: Deputy Mayor G. Kominos),
3. Appointment of representatives for the establishment of a Committee on the settlement of issues concerning high-speed (fast-moving) boats and other marine recreational facilities, for the year 2022 (Rapporteur: President of D. Calligeros),
4. Appointment of a representative for the establishment of a committee for the recovery, removal, neutralization of wrecks or ships, for the year 2022 (Rapporteur: President of the D.Calligeros).
5. Approval of the quarterly reports for the second quarter of 2020 - Ratification of the 133-2020 decision of the Plenary Session) (Rapporteur: Deputy Mayor C. Sougiannis),
6. Adoption of quarterly reports A’, B’ and C' quarters 2021 - Confirmation of the 192-2021 decision of the O.U.) (Rapporteur: Deputy Mayor C. Sougiannis),
7. Approval of the quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2021 - Ratification of the 31-2020 decision of the Plenary Session) (Rapporteur: Deputy Mayor C. Sougiannis),
8. Approval of the quarterly reports for the first quarter of 2022 - Confirmation of the 116-2022 decision of the Plenary Session) (Rapporteur: Deputy Mayor C. Sougiannis).
