According to the relevant provisions of article 67 of Law 3852/2010 (Government Gazette A87/7-6-2010), as replaced by article 74 of Law 4555/2018 (Government Gazette A133/19-7-2018) and as in force in conjunction with article 78 of Law 4954/2022 (Government Gazette A 136/09-07-2022),

in mixed (face-to-face and real-time videoconferencing via the ZOMM platform), ειδική meeting of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Kythera, which will take place in Hall «Mayor Artemios Kalligeros» of the Kythera Town Hall (for councillors in physical presence), the 24/01/2022, day Tuesday and time 15:00 p.m. with the following agenda items:
- Establishment of a Body for the Control and Confirmation of Offences in Playgrounds (Rapporteur: Deputy Mayor C. Sougiannis).
- Recognition of the municipal road which connects the settlement of Kapsali with the settlement of Kalamos, as the main and only one of paragraph 2 of article 1 of the 24.05.1985 P.D /os (Government Gazette 270D/1985) (Rapporteur: Deputy Mayor C. Sougianis).
- Participation of the Municipality of Kythera in the establishment of the Kythera Energy Community (Rapporteur: Mayor & Interparliamentary Committee).
- Participation in the 2023 Dakonomics Program (Rapporteur: Deputy Mayor Ch. Sougiannis).
- Approval of quarterly reports for the second quarter of 2022 - Ratification of the 12/2023 decision of the Plenary Session) (Rapporteur: Mayor).
- Approval of quarterly reports for the third quarter of 2022 - Ratification of the 13/2023 decision of the Plenary Session) (Rapporteur: Mayor).
- Approval of quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2022 - Ratification of the 14/2023 decision of the Plenary Session) (Rapporteur: Mayor).
