G. Stournaras: There is no cause for concern about our banking system

Greece is a “pillar of calm and stability”, said the Governor of the Bank of Greece, Yannis Stournaras, in an interview with CNN Greece, referring to recent international financial developments.

Stournaras reassured on the Greek banking system, saying that there is absolutely no concern for domestic banks and deposits.Greek banks are in an excellent position vis-à-vis the developments, he said.
